We provide a start-to-finish service from bespoke design using 3D CAD technology through to installation and erection of all forms of staircases and ancillary structures.
Our well equipped workshop allows us to manufacture, integrating a diverse range of materials into staircase designs such as stainless steel, glass, wood and plastic as well as mild steel.
We have over 35 years experience in the construction industry, producing staircases and other products for traditional builds, and developing offsite solutions for our modular building customers.
CETO Engineering produces 3D CAD models of all major contracts, This also enables us to produce virtual walkthrough's and videos.
Photo real rendering and animations can present equipment in a number of material options
Perspective views on GA drawings immediately convey the design intent
CAD Models highlight clashes, hence ensuring interconnecting parts fit
Cross linked drawings mean that in changing a part the arrangement is updated
In accordance with our Certificate of Factory production control, our welders are tested to ISO 9606-1 with documented welding procedures to the same standard. Quality of work and finishes are checked in line with our quality control plan.
Where possible we repeat itemised design features of products. This means bracketry and other components are always at hand, and pre approved by our structural engineer. Ultimately this means we can expedite lead times and acheive tighter programme deadlines.
We fabricate in our well equipped workshop where we trial assemble to ensure we minimise our impact on site and determine safest assembly methods to produce risk assessments.
We can integrate wood, glass and stainless steel elements with mild steel finished by hot dip galvanising or polyester powder coating to the wide range of RAL colours.
As a small, family-run business, we take the quality of work personally. We feel our long standing relationships with our customers are a testiment to this.
